Ever sniffed a carton of milk and then, nose crinkled, took it right to the drain? Us too. But, as it turns out, iffy milk makes for fantastic pancakes.



Nearly sour milk

The trick here is to use the milk just like buttermilk to yield fluffy, tasty pancakes. Top them with leftover berries for an extra sweet treat. And, since we all have our pancake-eating limits (unfortunately), these are easy to freeze and re-heat for a grab-and-go breakfast (or lunch...or dinner...we're not picky).
